FENN’s New Controller

FENN president Ryan Cutter is pleased to announce that Michael Koba has recently joined the FENN team as Controller. Michael brings 15 years of controller experience and over 30 years of working in the manufacturing industry. He is excited to hit the ground running in his new role!

Michael had previously been a controller for a company that manufactured specialty copper alloy strip products. They would manufacture parts of raw material on machinery, to then ship out for final processing to make the end product. He is looking forward to switching gears while working for a company in a different stage of the manufacturing process; making machinery that does the metal forming.

Michael will be responsible for all things accounting and finance, he is also considered “the money man”. With expansive knowledge in budget development and management, forecasting, treasury/liquidity management, financial statement presentation, managing an accounting team and learning ERP systems to migrate between companies, FENN is thrilled to welcome him to the team.

Michael said he is “looking forward to joining a well-established manufacturing company and working in a close nit environment.” He is excited to join a team with diverse skills and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

In business since 1900, FENN has a long history and legacy within the metal forming industry.
