FENN’s New Field Service Technician

FENN’s Sales Manager, Craig Watterson, is pleased announce that we added a new face to our service team. Josh Maxwell has recently joined the FENN team as a Field Service Technician. Josh brings 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is excited to start his new role.

Josh started off working in construction, then decided to switch paths and move into manufacturing. While working at his last company that worked with high precision laser parts, he gained knowledge in blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, running CMM (Computerized Measuring Machine), precision pass/fail instruments, and other inspection and process implementation programs.

Josh began his career in manufacturing as a stock clerk, then progressed into the quality department. He also worked on machinery on the production line where he realized a passion of his, and decided he wanted to get into field service.

In his new role at FENN, Josh will be working on Torin Spring Coilers & other product lines FENN builds. Josh says he is, “looking forward to enhancing his skills in field work, building a relationship with the customers and learning more about how the product lines work for each customer’s process, and making sure their product is running at peak performance.” He is also looking forward to learning more about the applications process and programming. FENN is excited to have Josh joining our team!
