FENN’s New Application & Service Technician

FENN’s Sales Manager, Craig Watterson, is pleased announce that we added a new face to our service team. John Gaughan Jr. has recently joined the FENN team as an Application & Service Technician. John brings over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is excited to start his new role. John started off as a low voltage electrician, then worked in a machine shop that built custom precision measurement machines for 15 years. While working there, he gained knowledge in precision gauging, measuring inside diameter, outsider diameter and heights & depths. Over the past 5 years, John moved into assembly & service where he had heavy involvement in building sub-assemblies and then working with a team of assemblers to assemble machines. He would also travel to customers facilities for machine run offs, train operators on how to use the machine and service existing machines in the field.

In his new role at FENN, John will be working on Torin Spring Coilers & other product lines FENN builds. He is looking forward to learning more about the spring industry, meeting customers & making sure the product is up to their standards. John is excited to work collaboratively with the FENN team & be able to help customers when needed. When asked why he decided to join FENN, he mentioned, “being able to start a new journey of the role he was already in, to learn new skills. I would like to become a more well-rounded person & be able to help the company as much as possible.” He is looking forward to new opportunities with FENN.

John brings a vast skillset with him to FENN, and we are excited to welcome him.
